I’m always on the lookout for easy, healthy, TASTY recipes, so when I tried this one, I knew I had to pass it on. If you like bananas and peanut butter,
we can be friends. Wait, I mean, you can try this recipe. : )
1 small carton of egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 small banana
2 Tbsp PB2
How do I make this thing?
Step 1: Whisk together the egg whites and the scoop of protein powder in a small bowl. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes. Then whisk it again to get rid of any clumps.
Step 2: In another small bowl, mix 2 Tbsp of PB2 with 1 Tbsp of water.
Step 3: Make 3 crepes in a medium heat pan on the stove. I used PAM spray, you could use an oil or butter if your prefer. Spread the mixture around the pan, making each crepe the size of a dinner plate.
Step 4: Place 1 crepe on a plate and spread the PB2 down the middle of the crepe. Then slice one small banana placing each slice on top of the line of PB2.
Step 5: Wrap both ends to make a burrito
Step 6: Shove in your mouth while standing by the stove. Or you can sit down and eat it with a fork if you insist on being proper about it.
